The collector I bought these from would write to various Comic book, Strip Artist and Hollywood celebrities and supply them with post cards. The Artist would then send the card back with a doodle or a finished drawing. ~ In this case the collector sent a printed Image of Rocky from Rocky & Bullwinkle and had it hand Autographed by the Voice talent June FORAY in 1991.
