Description: This is an original rare vintage Martini Shaker with lid by Taber & Tibbits (T & T) in hand hammered electroplated nickel silver . It is done in a sleek elegant deco design . The spout has a strainer built into it and originally there might have been a cover for the spout but if so that is missing now . The shaker measures approx. 11 " tall and 8 " wide (spout and handle included ) . It is marked on bottom with the TT mark , and " T&T - EPNS - 6A - 66 ( I think it says 6A ) Hand Hammered " , and the lid has " Pat Pending " etched in metal . Taber & Tibbits were in business from 1919 to 1941 . The shaker is in excellent vintage condition , there is a small dent on 1 side and 1 in lid as described in condition description . These things are really so minor but are there. The lid closes as supposed to . There is some normal wear ...I think most of the problem is clean up and nothing takes away from beauty of the shaker , just wanted to mention every little thing . It needs some deep cleaning and polishing . Please check pictures for detail and ask any necessary questions . This is a gorgeous unique collector's piece to add to your collection.
