Description: This is a Silver coloured cased pendant cable chain necklace made from a SIXPENCE coin. The earliest is from 1947, latest from 1967. There are three variations, as shown. George VI - 1947 & 1948. George VI - 1949 to 1951. Elizabeth II - 1953 to 1967. George VI coins feature two versions of the Royal Cypher. Queen Elizabeth coins feature all the UK's National Emblems of Rose, Thistle, Leek & Shamrock. All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The pendant case is Silver plated with an engraved spiral detail on the rear and a diameter of 22 mm, height 30 mm. The cable chain is Silver plated with a Lobster claw clasp.
