Description: You will receive the Model 77 Skil 7 1/4" worm drive circular saw shown. The serial number is HC259727. This is a serious tool, it weighs over 16 1/2 lbs. prior to packaging. This saw was an estate auction find. It does not show a lot of wear from use, but it has noticeable oxidation and surface rust from poor storage (damp location). The saw runs well and everything works as it should. I inspected the brushes, they are about 3/4" long. I drained the gearbox and refilled it with (OEM) Skilsaw worm drive lubricant. The oil I drained didn't look bad at all. The cord plug was replaced because the ground prong was missing. The cord and strain relief look good. I haven't done a lot of cleaning, just a wipe down with some brake cleaner and a rag. The blade shown in the last picture is installed on the saw. I made a couple of test cuts and the saw works well.
