Description: Item measures roughly 4 and 1/8 inches tall. In some areas small bits of the thin brass wire surrounding the colored enamel cloisonné sections has peeled away, or in other areas it seems to have bent and snapped off. The enamel itself has numerous small surface cracks and chips, as well as some small portions of it having broken off the brass surface altogether. There is also some tarnish and oxidation on and around the visible brass portions of the item. There is an old price sticker on the bottom underside of the item.
