Description: This lovely white ironstone pitcher has a transfer pattern of pink flowers (peonies?) on both sides. There is gold flecked paint around the rim. It stands about 6.5" high x 6.5" wide and 4 cups of liquid will fill up to the neck at the thin point. It is stamped the New Jersey Pottery Company, which was in business only about 5 years, ending in 1882 and making it rare. It weighs about 1.5 pounds. It is in very nice condition.
