Headquartered now in Broomfield, Colorado, Sirenza Microdevices and its subsidiary, Premier Devices, design and develop RF components for the commercial communications, consumer, and aerospace and defense equipment markets. Sirenza's integrated circuit (IC), multi-chip module (MCM) and passive product lines include amplifiers, power amplifiers, cable TV amplifiers, circulators, isolators, mixers, splitters, transformers, couplers, modulators, demodulators, transceivers, tuners, discrete devices, signal source components, government and military specified components, and antennae and receivers for satellite radio. Sirenza Microdevices was acquired by RF Micro Devices in August, 2007.Stanford Microdevices - Sirenza Microdevices - RFMD ProductsThe types of products manufactured by Stanford Microdevices - Sirenza Microdevices - RFMD include amplifiers, power amplifiers, cable TV amplifiers, circulators, isolators, mixers, splitters, transformers, couplers, modulators, demodulators, transceivers, tuners, discrete devices, signal source components, government & military specified components, and antennae & receivers for satellite radio. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Stanford Microdevices’ SNA-586 is a high performance GalliumArsenide Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor MMIC Amplifier. ADarlington configuration is utilized for broadband performanceup to 5 GHz. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltageand minimizes leakage current between junctions. Cancellationof emitter junction non-linearities results in higher suppression ofintermodulation products. Typical IP3 at 850 MHz with 65mA is 32.5 dBm. These unconditionally stable amplifiers provide 18 dB of gain and18.4 dBm of 1dB compressed power and require only a singlepositive voltage supply. Only 2 DC-blocking capacitors, a biasresistor and an optional inductor are needed for operation. ThisMMIC is an ideal choice for wireless applications such ascellular, PCS, CDPD, wireless data and SONET Components will be shipped in anti static tubes, Bulk or boxes/trays depending on the packaging of the chip (All Components Are Handled In Compliance With ESD Static Quality Control) Please email if you have any questions.
