Looks GORGEOUS on . The chain Is Curb link and hefty and weighs app 21 grams.. A genuine very old bracelet from times long ago..and has lovely faceted curb links and large heart padlock.this can be worn all day without fear of denting as the links are solid This is a beautiful solid curb link heart padlock bracelet. ! It is that gorgeous rich yeelow gold hue of old so highly sought after ..not brassy like todays gold.It measures 19cm or 7 1/2” long and the curb links measure 1.3cm or 1/2” long by 8mm or 5/16” wide ..one of the gold soldered end links has Rolled Gold engraved on it as does the back of the heart padlock .so you know the bracelet and padlock are original together .Weight: app 26 grams..History: i collected these padlock bracelets over 30 years and this was sold to me in London as 1935 .so is very old SIZING it measures 19cm or 7 1/2” long and will fit the average wrist size . The large heart padock measures 2.5cm or 1” long from top of hasp by 1.5cm or 5/8” wide . The smooth faceted curb links are 1.3cm in length as 8mm or 5/16” in width..no dented links because they are solid snd the large heart padlock doesnt need a key to open Most you find have tiny links and damage unlike this one SUMMARY OVERALL in excellent condition. i do not polish unless specifically requested as antique dealers buy from me and prefer them as they are . I test all diamonds and stones and gold with electronic testers, but prior to 1907 gold was not required to be hallmarked. All gemstones will test the same whether they are natural or manmade except for diamonds .
