Description: Listing is for a two (2) separate Solido 1936 Ford V8 US Army Fuel Tanker Trucks (Gazole), 1:43, Mint Condition. This is a 4-wheel and 2 axle tanker. Solido issued this classic Army Fuel Tanker Truck in 1981. On both sides of tanker is word “Gazole," which stands for diesel fuel. Model dimensions are 4 1/4” Long x 1 5/8” Wide and 1 3/” High. This model is an adult collectible, 14+. It is painted with army green in color. Army Fuel Tanker Truck cab is made of die-cast metal & tanker section is made of plastic. Solido vehicle was made in France. There is nothing broken, chipped, cracked, or missing from tank. Fuel Tanker Truck is sold "as is." Fuel Tanker Truck is a nice solid toy. Since Fuel Tanker Truck does not come with its original box, seller is providing a new white corrugated double-walled cardboard box with a flap that opens and closes easily to protect it during shipping, and will be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it. Please note that typically, Solido tanks and armored fighting vehicles as well as fire fighting trucks are made in a 1:50 scale while the support vehicles, which include the jeeps and staff cars, are produced in a slightly larger 1:43 scale. Also, Solido military models are built so well that over 35 years later they are as good as they were when they were built and first sold.
