I've been using this camera on and off for the last 3 years, pretty much exclusively for stills. I've tested the video recording and it works fine, but have basically never used it. Personally really liked the 30mm f1.4 for street photography but I have the 18-50mm f2.8 which covers this focal length and can't justify keeping both. I've used the camera with a screen protector at all times and only took it off to take pictures and package it. There are definitely some scratches on the body's corners, but I have not dropped it so I'm guessing it's more from abrasion with my other stuff while I was hiking or traveling. Also, Sony has weird naming scheme but the a6500 is older than the a6100/a6400/a6600/a6700 and therefore does not have some of the color and performance benefits that they introduced.
