VERY NICE physical condition with only a few tiny scratches if any. Unit is still very shiny and looks Mint despite being a vintage item. I even went my way to buy a used recorded DAT tape at ebay just to hear the audiophile sound of it but this DAT recorder POWER ON, you see it plays the tape but NO sound coming out. I do not know if I am doing it right with all the buttons and selectors as tgis is my first time to play a DAT tape player.
