Description: South Bend 9" Vintage Single Phase Motor General Electric I could not get the motor to work - Needs Repair. It Made Smoke for me. Looks like an oiler is missing. Bearings seem good and it spins nice by hand. I'm not a motor repair guy, so I don't know what it takes. This may be an original to the ~1940ish Lathe, and may be desirable for an authentic restoral <- this is pure conjecture. Thanks for reading
