The biggest thing is that the program, order form, ticket stubs, and newspaper clippings are all STAPLED to the inside of the front cover, and to the 1st internal page. The paper of the newspaper AND the ticket stubs have left yellowed stains in the opposing paper. SEE PHOTOS. Internally it is pretty clean, and everything is strong and holding together fine. The binding is holding, but the staples are a bit rusted. There are some scuffs, dirt, staining mostly on the outer covers. Internale pages are quite clean. Please see the photographs for the best indication of condition. If you need better scans or photos, feel free to contact me and tell me what you're interested in. I'll do my best to get you the images. And thanks for looking.
