We use only kiln-dried mahogany and quality materials to ensure our models will not split or crack at the joints. Before painting, the bare wood is sealed, primed, then sanded to accept the multiple layers of lacquer. From the flap-lines to the ornate figures and symbols, every detail is meticulously applied by hand.
