Probably manufactured by Spaulding. This is single loop belt, designed for the .38 cal Revolver Cartridge Belt. The belt has 45 cartridge loops for the .38 caliber cartridge. The belt is 2 3/8" wide and has a Brass Texas Guard buckle. The buckle is marked: Anson Mills with an 1881 patent date. No readable markings on the canvas. The belt is used, see photo's for Condition, no rip or tears. Khaki Tan in color. Some minor fraying on the tops of some of the loops, see photo. These belts are RARE.
