Graded visually the record is in Excellent condition with only ultra minor signs of age, wear and play! The jacket is in Very Good+ condition with light signs of age and wear but still very nice! The 12" comes in a generic poly inner sleeve without splits. (Please also see pictures!) NOTE: I believe I understand the concerns of other collectors and always do my best to accurately describe records or CDs I have to offer... unlike other sellers who only provide cursory information. Also I never use the terms "Mint" or "Near Mint", preferring Excellent or Very Good since even sealed vinyl can have flaws! I am proud of feedback I have received over the years from customers with some even stating their item(s) were "better than described"!
