Description: This is a working carbon coater and sputter coater with the vacuum base. There is no vacuum pump. The lab used argon instead but a vacuum pump could be used. I can only show the power on for the vacuum base, as I don't have an argon tank or vacuum to be able to start the sputter coater. The carbon coater unit is missing the head because it broke, so you will need to buy a replacement (new ones from SPI are ~$800).
