This particular pattern was originally introduced in 1891 to be used for one item only, but it proved so popular that other items were added until it became a full dining set. This particular rendition of the design would have been produced between 1991 - 2015. Spode itself went out of business in 2009, but the Portmeirion Group, who purchased them, continued production of the design until 2015.
