I have excellent feedback selling coins (which do require finicky grading) and I am a former sports card collector/seller, so I do understand the importance of grading. I do my best, though magazines are a "new" thing for me. That said: I guess there is no "EX" grade on eBay's list, so "Like New" seems to work. At arm's length, the magazine looks new. Only if the light hits it just right can you really see a few faint flaws. Maybe a really nice VG+++++ if you wanted to get cranky about it, but I feel okay calling this EX+/Like New.
