Description: SS France (Norway) MAIDEN VOYAGE Newspaper/Program LOT 3 Maiden Voyage 1962 Newspapers with COLOR PHOTO Covers 1 - West Bound 2 - East Bound extra 1- "single sheet" E/B Daily Program and photos of note with Latest News Plus the MAIDEN VOYAGE "Traversee Inaugurale" FOLDER/COVER by L'Atlantique for these. Shows the Maiden Voyage Medal as an embossed "raised" image. Just a bit of dirt on the very bow. Note - all of the below are printed in BOTH French and English, sometimes side-by-side, sometimes on different pages. Photos are USUALLY embedded in the French text. I've broken each "day" up into 3 or 4 basic sections as they existed when obtained. Some pages have come loose from the stapled binding but are inserted in their proper location. There are no page numbers ANYWHERE. ALL ITEMS are somewhat faded, some dirt from use and/or printed very lightly in places due to the printing processes of the time (1962). The PAPER used for inserts in the folders is VERY HEAVY resulting in a 2 Lb. weight and are oversized at 10.5 in. x 12.5 in. Please inspect the pics VERY CAREFULLY - NO RETURNS. I've indicated where (I believe) items are MISSING from the original distribution of each of these daily issues. Only the Feb 14th issue SEEMS to be complete.
