Description: St Paul's Cathedral 1956 Vintage Print from a disbound book about Britain dated 1956, the reverse side has an unrelated picture. Caption beneath the picture - ST PAUL'S CATHEDRAL. Although much of the surrounding area was destroyed by German bombing in the last war, Christopher Wren's masterpiece miraculously escaped extensive damage. Suitable for framing, the average picture size is approx 8" x 9.75" or 20cm x 25cm, actual page size inc border and text approx 8.5" x 11". Border on one side can be very narrow, please view scans. This is a vintage print, printed on magazine style paper not a modern copy and does show signs of age or previous use commensurate with the age of the print with possible light creases, marks or foxing. The date given of 1956 is the printing date, the actual date of creation can be earlier. All pictures will be sent bagged and in a board backed envelope for protection in transit.
