We are a traditional business, operating from a commercial location. NOTE: Most companies do not accept returns on helmets including just about every Harley Davidson and other major motorcycle brand dealerships. We will accept returns as long as the helmet is unworn, still has the hang tags intact, and is in the original (pristine) box it was shipped in. We will not accept a helmet shipped in the original box that has been smashed and retrieved from the trash, or ripped open upon arrival to the customer. Believe it or not, it has happened. We have been in the motorcycle industry for over 25 years, have sold thousands of helmets, and can recognize a helmet that has been worn in an instant. We will not accept a return helmet that has been worn, except for an initial try on for determining the fit. This is to protect our customers from receiving a helmet that could have been worn and damaged by a previous customer, and so that the helmet can be re-sold in our store. We are sure you would not want to receive a helmet that has been worn by someone else, both for health and safety reasons. The helmet box has to be shipped with an outer wrapper of some sort, just as it was shipped to you. A Poly Mailer, Brown heavy craft paper, outer box, etc. will work. This is to protect the box and helmet in transit, so that we can re-sell it in our store and to keep "prying eyes" from knowing what has been shipped. This is for your benefit so that the helmet actually gets back here without being stolen in transit. We are not responsible for a "return" helmet lost or stolen on it's way back to us.
