We have experienced technicians who can help you be certain you get the right product for your needs. Pictures Pictures are not always of the exact product. Sometimes an OEM picture may be used or a different color product (ie gray alternator, but black one in picture) but the purpose of the picture is to provide you with the style and specs of the product. If you aren?t sure if the pulley is included please confirm prior to purchasing. We sell pulleys as well so if the item doesn?t include pulley we likely would be able to supply pulley. Warranty Most of the returns we get either are 100% functional products or have a simple problem such as bad battery or dirty/loose/misconnected cables. Please make sure you contact us to see if we can help you resolve any issues before diagnosing a product as warranty. If you take our product to a shop to test and pay to have it tested, please insist on a copy of the results as we will require it in order to approve return. Any tampering, dismantling, painting, or otherwise alterning the product results in termination of warranty. Our warranty is for product only and assumes no liability for another another expenses.
