This is a first printing, and is a variant 'Blue' cover, with cover artwork by Denys Cowan and Jimmy Palmiotti. This is also a newsstand edition, with a UPC code in the lower left corner of the front cover. This issue features the first appearances of Static Shock, and Hotstreak. The copy would grade at around VF-, with general light handling and shipping wear. There are light vertical lines toward the left-hand edge of the front cover, a light vertical 'lip' that runs parallel with part of the spine on the front cover, a 2" printers crease on the back cover, and other light marks.
