Bit medallion - almost a Celtic Steampunk look - inside has a heavy piece of what looks like a gray cut glass with an overlay of silver tone metal and rhinestone accents - loop hold crystal embellished toggle that joins a double chain in silver-tone. It has an almost diamond cut to it - so small facets on the links of the chain. You can also wear this long if you want - though I'd say it is designed to be as the double toggle choker length.
