Description: STEIFF RARE, 22" MOHAIR GIRAFFE . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Very rare, STEIFF Giraffe. Orangish brown velvety mohair with handpainted black spots. Her mouth is open, glass eyes, with a fringe of mane. No rwcent repairs have been made. She has been tremendously loved and generally carried by her neck or tail, both were reattached several times. Neither is completely attached. Filled with excelsior, the wood excelsior filling is visible, especially at the neck. She has been living with me for many years and I have been very gentle with her, but done no repairs. A very sweet girl looking for a new home. Button is long gone and her age is unknown. Believed to be from the late 1800s or early 1900s.
