Description: Stihl bg 86c. I tested the blower on wet leaves and did a good job. Compared it to a craftsman and seemed better than the craftsman. It took three pulls to start. There was a new spark plug installed. Might need a new air filter. It has a Crack in the stop lever and the lever doesn't seem to function. Throttle seems good. This item is used and sold as is. Note: Currently pull spark plug to stop it. I've been using it the past week and works good. Usually starts first or secon dull.
