All CD's are used, are not in "collector" or "mint" condition. Some jewel cases have a few cracks, but it's just cosmetic. Some CD's and liner notes have (or had) initials on them, and some jewel cases are missing the back page liner note (behind the CD holder side). When that's the case, you'll notice it in the photos of the reverse side of the CD in each listing. If there is not a photo of the back of a CD, you can assume it does NOT have that back page on the jewel case. Again, all of this is just cosmetic, the CD's play perfectly fine. Enjoy!
