Description: Rabbit Hare Bunny Sculpture Anita's Original Repro of the Artist Folk Art Heavy Stoneware Medium Size This rabbit sculpture is preowned and in very good vintage condition with some conditional issues that are appropriate with the pieces age, use and history. We believe the item is made of a metal base form and then overlaid with stone composite and then sculpted from there. The original we believe was made in Japan by Fumio Koyama. We are not familiar with the Anita's Original Repro of the Artist but there are other figures and forms by this brand. This piece is a lovely piece of folk art that works so well in American country design themes. It is HEAVY at almost 3 lbs. Conditional issues include a small chip on the foot, small scratch on the hip, a small chip on hind leg and a light scratch on the ear. This piece may have other surface scratching which is normal for a vintage sculpture of this nature. The nature of this item is that their are some unique qualities since it was handmade, thus their may be some natural and/or manufactured flaws to this piece. This item is a medium size figurine sculpture and measures approximately 5.5" tall x 4.5" wide x 7.75" in length. Measurements again are approximate, there are a lot of curves to the piece which makes exact dimensions difficult to interpret.
