Description: Strat HSS Solderless Wiring Harness Bourns Coil Split Push Push Custom Solderless Strat HSS wiring harness. Wired with Bourns and 5-way switch with solderless Switchcraft jack. This is wired so the Humbucker stays 500k and single coils 250k by using resistors on the single coil inputs. The tone pot for the humbucker is a push-push pot and has .027 Tropical Fish cap for that sound only they can produce. It also splits the coil on the bridge pickup. The Neck and Middle tone pot is also a push-push with .047 Tropical Fish cap. This tone pot adds the Neck pickup so you can get Neck and Bridge combination or all 3 pickups. This gives the standard 5 way switch positions with the added push-push pot Functions. The Humbucker will require 4 wires - a 2 wire Humbucker won't work. Everything is made to order, everything comes with instructions & diagram. Important Notice: The grounding plates are no longer included with this harness. Here's why, ranked by priority: 1. Potential Ground Loop Issues: When all components in a guitar wiring harness are already properly grounded, adding a grounding plate can cause unnecessary noise by creating a "ground loop." This introduces multiple paths for the ground signal, which can result in unwanted hum and electrical interference. Don't just take our word for it —feel free to look it up! 2. Fitment Problems: Even though the plate is relatively thin, it often adds extra spacing between components and the control cavity. This can lead to fitment issues, particularly in cavities that aren't perfectly shaped or level. 3. Low Demand: Many customers weren't using the plates, opting to discard them instead. Given these factors, we've decided to discontinue including grounding plates unless absolutely necessary (e.g., when solderless connections need extra accommodation, which is not the case with this listing).
