Description: This vintage postcard depicts a street view of the junction of River, Ashburnham and Westminster Streets in West Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Trolley tracks run down the middle of the streets while a political wall sign for Governor can be seen on a building wall and what I believe to be a public watering trough (for your horse) is also visible at street junction. There’s a a lot going on in this wonderful real photo postcard (RPPC). Posted 1905 with several cancel marks to include Fitchburg, Elmwood Station and Providence. Very Good Condition. Minor wear consistent with age. Light soiling and old age toning. Please view all the photos as the are intended to be part of the description and ask any questions you may have prior to bidding. I’m always willing to take additional photos or answered detailed questions.
