Description: Orvin watches were manufactured in Europe for the Sears, Roebuck Company and represented their higher line offerings, above the company's "Sears" and "Traditions" branded watches. This one shows some wear but still runs great. The case shows some light wear, but no significant damage, just a bit of character. The crystal is clear and damage free, and the dial is a very clean silver sunburst with Arabic numerals at 3,6,9 &12, with applied batons marking the other hours. The movement is a Standard 412A, made in Germany by Durowe. It runs very well and keeps good time.* This Orvin comes on a new black leather strap and would make a great addition to your collection. *As with any vintage watch with an unknown service history, a clean/ oil/adjust service by a competent watchmaker is recommended to ensure good performance for years to come
