Description: For sale is a very fine sterling silver traveling soap box by Tiffany & Co. The oval box is 3 5/8 inches long by 2 5/8 inches wide by 1 3/8 inches thick and weighs a hefty 145 grams. It is hinged at the back as shown and has a gold washed interior. The top has an engraved scroll pattern. It is monogrammed “HSK” in a reserve on the top. It is marked “TIFFANY & CO. 2665A MAKERS 14947 STERLING 925-1000 m” on the inner rim.Condition on the box is excellent. There are few signs of use. It closes almost too tightly, and can be a bit hard too open. A really splendid box.
