Grading notes: tight book with great gloss, upper right is the bulk of the issues with multiple creases and 1/4" tear going into two pages, first several pages mirror the corner damage, color break and micro chip off lower right corner, slight wear middle right edge, slight wear top and bottom edge, slight spine wear with tiny faint tick; Back - slight handling wear and creasing including a couple in upper left corner and dog ear lower left, slight wear top and bottom edge, touch to all corners, slight wear and stain middle left edge, white pages, cover and centerfold fully attached.
