Description: This ceramic Tiger figurine was designed by Jackie Lynd (1948-) for Rorstrand. Lynd worked for Rorstrand in the latter part of the 20th Century. This piece is from a series produced in 1983. This Tiger is a stylized, contemporary form that has a high gloss glaze applied in white and black. The dimensions for this Tiger are: Length 20 cm. (8") Height 10 cm. (4") Weight 325 gm. (11.6 oz.) The identifying marks on this piece are R with three crowns and J.L. beneath. This Jackie Lynd Tiger figurine is in excellent vintage condition.
