Description: Hi, thanks for looking! This listing is for the retired Sylvanian Families Unit House Kitchen. The room, furniture and accessories are included and in their original box. The door and windows open and close. The set is not complete. Some of the original pieces are missing but you will receive everything show in the photographs. There is dust, spots, marks and dirt along with a few bubbles in the wall paper. There are marks (probably from a pen or marker) and spots on the interior floor and walls and some of the bits on the wooden wall rack are broken. There are some marks and spots on the exterior. There are marks, dirt, wear and spots on some accessories and furniture. The labels are slightly peeling on the two larger bottles. There are no stickers for the smaller bottles, as designed. There are some marks, spots, dirt, scuffs and scratches on furniture, due to age and wear / play. The doors on the beige cupboard and sink work, the drawers on the dresser open and close and one door opens on the oven (as designed). There is a scratch / damaged area on the oven, marks on the sink and beige cupboard. There are marks in the sink basin. The oven door is securely attached but moves loosely. The original box is worn. There are large tears, worn spots, dirt, dust, bends, creases and wear on edges and corners of the outer box. There is a price sticker on the box. Please carefully view, enlarge and zoom in on all the photographs. You will receive the same item as pictured. I am adult collector and am clearing out duplicate items. We have a pet free and smoke free home. Please note that when buying pre-loved Sylvanians there may be fading, discolorations or flocking issues due to age and storage. Please expect shelf wear and some deterioration due to age. There may be a small amount of dust or fuzz on the figure. There may be some flattened flocking due to being stored.
