Description: I have a hardcover copy of Taking Charge of Change with a date of 1995 for sale. The book is still in good condition and it's by Douglas K. Smith. The pages have no staining on them. The book is tight to the spine. There is no writing inside...other than an X made by a black marker on the first page. There is some wear to the top and bottom of the spine, the edges of the book and the corners as well but not much at all. The corners of the book do bend in a bit but are still sharp. The covers are in good shape. The dust jacket is in decent condition..it has some discoloration inside and some minor tearing along the edges. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me.
