She may use her herbs token to give new life to other characters in play and so using their abilities any time she wants. On the other side she allows the player to gain a lot of coins if there are special temple tiles in her line of sight at the end of the game. She is a very powerful character, but be aware: her ability is limited by the number of tokens available and you need to pass one turn to regain them all.
