Layered Indian rosewood back and sides meet a torrefied Sitka spruce top to create a harmonious blend of projection, warmth, clarity and sustain. The torrefied top delivers a more seasoned look and sound, along with a slight boost in dimensional stability for consistently reliable performance over time and in different climate environments. The guitar is also voiced with Taylor’s proprietary C-Class bracing. Here, the voicing recipe enhances the overall tonal response, perhaps most noticeably in the low-end frequencies, contributing to a robust, full-bodied voice. The Grand Pacific shape makes a great all-purpose instrument, perfect for everything from strumming cowboy chords to flatpicking runs to softer fingerpicking.
