Pages and binding are tight WITH THE EXCEPTION of one bit crack between the first page and the title page. Normal wear and tear should be expected (small bends, discoloration, tears, frays, stray pencil/ink mark, etc). Perfect for vintage/antique home and office decor or, of course, for literal reading.
