Ted Lewis "Is Everybody Happy?" (Decca dual-45 ED-420) 8 of his trademark songs

Description: Back in my high school days (graduated 1958) I bought a LOT of 45rpm EP albums, especially jazz. I just found a box of these that I had stored away. Their covers show various degrees of water damage, but the records themselves are almost all mint or nearly so. THIS listing is for the definitive collection of Ted Lewis Decca recordings of the 1930s. All with his distinctive vocals. See first photo for list of the eight songs. Cover photo is water-damaged, and back is mostly unread-able. Record is minty. Apparent "scratches" in photos are mostly lint from my scanning the disc. Inside liner notes cover Lewis' career; water-stained but fully readable. If you are buying more than one item similar to this, you should ask for a COMBINED INVOICE before paying. I will reduce shipping cost significantly. Simple Guarantee: If not right, I will make it right. But only if you let ME know right away. See details below. Asking questions in advance is recommended, you should never assume anything not actually stated in the listing! International Bidders: If you find no shipping cost in this listing, PLEASE contact the seller to get a price and confirm whether I can ship to your country. WARNING: For many nations, USPS packages are not tracked after they leave USA. Customs form will be attached showing the bid price paid. Combined Shipping: I will ship multiple purchases together when practical, and discount the cost appropriately, but ONLY if all purchases are paid for together. If these spread over more than four days, please inform me so I can disable the automatic nonpayment notification. Payment Details: Only Paypal is authorized without special permission. If you have a problem paying on time, send an email – at my discretion I will usually allow an extension. Any non-paying winner, who has made no arrangement with the seller, will be reported to eBay. Fulfillment: Orders are almost always sent out the same or next business day (M-F). Please ask me, if you have not been notified of your tracking information within a couple of days, or if you don’t receive your order in a reasonable time. Once I hand it over, the CARRIER is responsible for delivery, NOT ME. Errors / Photo Quality: Most of the photos in my listings are the actual item, and as representative of the item as I could make them. If you want additional photo details, ask via email, and may post more photos. Color tint and intensity may not be accurate, due to difference in monitors and my photographic skill level. If there seems to be an ERROR in the listing, PLEASE ASK ME and I will explain, or correct it! Feedback: Please consider carefully before leaving less than the BEST POSSIBLE feedback (all 5-stars) for me or ANY seller. If there is a problem, please discuss it with the seller BEFORE posting feedback. I am not allowed by ebay rules to tell buyers what if any penalties are incurred by sellers with less than perfect feedback. Problems: If there is a problem with your purchase – broken, not working, parts missing, etc. – you must let me know within three or four days of receiving it. Please be as specific as possible, and give me a couple of days to get back to you with my proposed solution. Note: Posting the problem as FEEDBACK is not what I mean. If there is a possibility it was damaged in shipping, please TELL ME right away and keep everything; it probably will be covered by insurance. Shipping Choices: If you see only one shipping price, please click on “shipping” tab to see all options offered. These will be available for your choice when it is time to pay. If offered and you select FedEx or UPS, I reserve the right to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for my convenience, without notice, at no extra cost to the buyer. Local Pickup: I do allow local pickup, but charge a fee ($3.00). Fee is charged only the first time for a buyer; no charge on purchases after that. If I recognize an address as “local” I will include this option in your invoice. If I don’t do that, just ask and I will revise your invoice.
