Description: In 1986, Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird partnered with Dave Sim to bring the Ninja Turtles and Cerebus together in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #8. The creators agreed that all parties would share equal rights to the issue and Eastman and Laird kept this story in print in various formats over the years. After 37 years, Dave Sim finally brought his own version of this issue to life with newly remastered art and new covers. From November of 2022 comes two ashcans to announce the remastered version. These comics both measure 5.25 x 8.25 inches and unlike most ashcans they contain the ENTIRE story from 1986. The remastered artwork is featured within and all of the Cerebus figures have had the dot tone removed (the tone was digitally restored for the full size remastered edition). One copy of the Regular Edition Ashcan (limited to 150 copies), original price $100. One copy of the Signed & Numbered Platinum Foil Edition Ashcan (limited to 40 copies), original price $300.
