Description: Barncaster tele body, Natural front and back. Shows some paint chip type spots, and some holes, to add to the rustic effect! Sanded, but left very rough, to retain the barncaster relic vibe. Sealed with a very thin coat of rubbed on satin poly. This one turned out nice! Super distressed wood for the front, pieced lumber on the back. some body voids, which are shown in last photos. On this one, it seems a pickguard should work, but the knot shown raises it up a bit.. Body weighs approx. 4 pounds. Body thickness approx. 1'3/4 inches. Neck pocket is 16.5 mm deep, 57 mm wide. All wire access holes drilled, holes for neck and string thru. Made from multi piece, kiln dried Knotty Pine. Created in Gettysburg, PA.
