Original price of $5.95. Published by Doubleday, 1973. Boldly SIGNED by The Gordons! NOT inscribed, simply SIGNED "Mildred & Gordon Gordon alias The Gordons" on the ffep/first blank/colored page! Which Gordon, (they were husband and wife) actually signed the book remains a mystery to us but our research has led us to believe that most likely only one of them actually signed the book and it was probably Mildred. A Disney Film Tie-Edition. Once again, please remember this is NOT a First Edition/First Printing. This rare treasure has some extensive and VERY clearly visible wear! The wear should be carefully examined/considered BEFORE buying. The book appears has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris or a BCE. The binding has some clearly visible wear but is still holding tight and the pages are surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf/age wear along with pronounced lean, creases/scuffing/rips/marks/wear to the spine/corners/cloth boards and marks/wear to the edge/fore pages, NOT affecting the text! While the binding is still holding tight and all of the pages are present and fully attached, there is some very clearly visible pulling away/fraying/rips/wear. The most obvious and egregious wear is located on the rear board/rear inside past down/spine. Please also note the wear on the spine/corners/cloth boards and the marks on edge/fore pages! In particular, please note the numerous, large creases/wear on the spine! The wear is VERY clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. The original dust jacket is fully intact and NOT price-clipped but has extensive wear! Some general/shelf/age wear along with numerous creases, chipping, marks and rips resulting in some loss of paper. There are also some pieces of tape attached to the inside of the dust jacket along with some marks. Please note the wear on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges! The wear is VERY clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear when determining the value of this rare book. Our VERY LOW asking price is a reflection of that consideration and if this copy was in better condition our asking price would be considerably higher.
