Cover and spine are rich tooled leather with 22K gold gilt. Spine has 3 raised bars. Has 22k gold gilting on all three sides or page edges. The end pages have a Presidential eagle seal design. Has its satin ribbon. The gold gilting is intact on all three sides. CONDITION: Some kind of sticker residue on front cover near spine. Impression stamp on first page. No other known damage.
