Our Products Our products are cleaned and carefully examined before sale and any items that do not meet our quality standards are discarded. CDs will ship in a case with artwork, never disc only, and always with tracking in a protective envelope. There may be minor scuffs on disc or case, but they should be in very good or better condition and are guaranteed to work. Same goes for our DVDs, blurays and UHD discs. Cassettes are reconditioned, their felt pressure pads checked and a new case provided when required. Records are thoroughly cleaned and play tested on our sound system. We try to grade our records as honestly as possible. Comics ship in a protective envelope with a cardboard insert to insure they aren’t bent in transit. They all come in a protective bag with backer board. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We are not here to make a quick buck. We are here to be an awesome shop.
