There are some creases, small dents and small cracks but it's in one piece with no rips. The spine has no breaking but has some small dents. There is a white residue (from a sticker maybe) that potentially come off with a little TLC. The back cover is very solid, arguably nicer than the cover. There is one small spot where the top layer of the cover got scuffed off. The page edges are the most obvious sign of age and poor storage. Previous owner let the mildew get to this a little bit but for the most part, it is only visible on the page edges. The pages themselves look clean and are not overly yellowed. The first 16 pages of the book show some sign of staining with the first page being the worst and the staining becomes milder and milder until page 17 where the pages start to look quite nice. If you are satisfied with the condition of the page blocks, I don't think these first 16 pages are going to bother you at all.
