The book contains 10 black and white illustrations. The hard cover is in nice condition. There is limited wear at the corners and edges. The spine is bright. The binding is intact. The inside front and back cover endpapers have some light tan spotting. The pages are clean. There is a gift inscription in ink from Christmas 1955, on the page before the title page. I found one page with a small ink mark on it. The book has its original dust jacket, which is in rough condition. It is faded and has numerous tears all over. The $2.00 price is unclipped. The book measures 8 x 5 1/2".
