Charles Bridges, 1831, previously owned by a renowned entomologist. Hardbound, shelf wear to covers, front cover with tear, corners bumped, paper label on spine chipped, foxing throughout, hinges/joints and text block very sound. Proceeds from this auction will go towards the financial support of the Center for Systematic Entomology (CSE). For the past 20 years the CSE has served as a non-profit corporation designed to further systematics in its broadest sense. It has supported the Florida State Collection of Arthropods (FSCA) in many ways, including purchase of computer software, library materials, museum study trips, labor for bulk sample sorting, and also provided a number of grants for specialists to study at the FSCA.
