Description: This signet ring features a beautiful shield design with the monogram 'h' lovingly engraved on the front. The chunky shoulders slope into a plain band towards the back of the ring. This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 9ct gold in 1916. The ring has had a brilliant repair done to the shoulder, I have photographed this solder line. I have freshly buffed and polished this gorgeous signet and I have deliberately left the charming patina behind, for me, it adds character to gold that tells a story of it's extensive history.
